In the trial I downloaded I seem to be missing this file so I can't test to see what customers see. Did something screw up on my install or was this file not included by oversight?

There are some files missing in your installation. Please download "eJadspm_Patch_20_34_1.exe" and install. Your problem will be fixed.

Hmmm, having problems downloading this file. My browser just hangs. Will try again tomorrow but could you verify that link works in IE 7?

IE7 just gives me a blank page and Firefox downloads a 0 byte file.

Going to sleep, maybe everything will be better tomorrow ;-)

Yes! Was able to download the file Brick wall

Patch did fix problem and now able to login as customer.
