When logged in as a customer and looking at my subscriptions, when I click on the Manage Service button, is it supposed to log me into my CP (in my case Helm)? If so where is that login info defined?

Manage Service button is to manage Service account. It is disabled if service is not provisioned yet. For example if you are viewing Shared Hosting subscription. After clicking this button you will be moved to manage service page where you can do various actions on subscription like Suspend Subscription, Change Password etc. If you want to login as Client. Enter client credentials on login screen you will be moved to client section. We are using same login screen for Cleint and Admin login. -- M. Usman Senior Software Engineer MachSol, Inc.

Does a customer have the ability to login to their Web CP (like Helm) from within their client control panel? I want to limit the amount of logins and passwords customers have to remember. Ideally I want customers to log into eJadSPM and from within it have customers click on a link that will log them into Helm without them having to enter any login/password info.
Thanks!

It is ideal to use eJadSPM as central control system and let the client login directly from eJadSPM to Helm. Having the client remember various login detail is worst nightmare. We fully understand this! Matter of fact is that the API for HELM is not powerful enough to allow such operation. As developer, we find ourselves restricted when dealing with Plesk/Helm APIs. We hope that Helm vendors will improve their API to allow us perform operations such as automatic login to Helm, Changing passwords, and adjusting other parameters in Helm using API. We are striving to put you on COMPLETE control and enable SINGLE control panel for your customers. When we release Hostmatic we will be able to manage the hosting servers at our own discretion. Until then, either you talk with Helm developers for API or be patient and swicth to Hostmatic when it become available! -- Aziz Paracha Vice President/CTOMachPanel (formerly eJadSPM System) -- SaaS Enabled Hosted Service Delivery Platformwww.machsol.comWe offer world's only affordable consolidated platform for SaaS providers. The api really has nothing to do with it. I currently have AWBS and WHMCS and both of these control panels store the login/password in the db when they create a Helm 4 account. We have a link inside the CP that calls a scripted php page and using the variables in the CP's db login into Helm. Would you consider adding ability to store the Helm password in the eJadSPM's db so that we can write a script to retrieve login/password and add a link somewhere inside of eJadSPM to accomplish this for our customers?
Thanks.
