HMC4 error: Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1)

Hi experts
I get this error at my HMC based setup while disabling or removing a mailbox

Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1). error CS0266: Cannot implicitly convert type 'Microsoft.Provisioning.Providers.Exchange2007Provider.Data.GetMailbox_ResponseResultImapMessagesRetrievalMimeFormat?' to 'Microsoft.Provisioning.Providers.Exchange2007Provider.Data.GetMailbox_ResponseResultPopMessagesRetrievalMimeFormat?'. An explicit conversion exists (are you missing a cast?)

The same error i am encountered while using MPS Sample Provisioning UI, that makes me sure there is something wrong at my end with my HMC setup configuration or what,i am not sure.
i am using
HMC version 4.0
Windows Server 2003 R2 with SP1
.net framework SP1

This is caused by a security update included in .net framework SP1. Its KB928365 . Remove SP1 from your MPS servers. The same problem is also discussed hereShahid Mehboob Lead Software Engineer www.machsol.com
