Mike, A windows update for MSXML called KB936021 is known to cause this. On your MPS Servers:Go to Start->Run Enter appwiz.cpl Check the box Show Updates on the top of Add/Remove Programs window Find it under Windows Server 2003 - Software UpdatesSelect and Click RemoveIts also talked about hereHope this solves your issue , let us know if does'nt.
