Hello machine solutions
there is a problem i would like to put forward to you guys i am unable to resolve after wasting my 3 hours on it. When i create a mailbox using MPS Web services its created just fine, but when i go to create another it says:
Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document

This error i get both when i try to create it from MPS Sample Provisioning UI OR eJadSPM HEE.

Mike, A windows update for MSXML called KB936021 is known to cause this.

On your MPS Servers:
Go to Start->Run
Enter appwiz.cpl
Check the box Show Updates on the top of Add/Remove Programs window
Find it under Windows Server 2003 - Software Updates
Select and Click Remove

Its also talked about here
Hope this solves your issue , let us know if does'nt.
Thanks
