Hello,
Today I started to evaluate ejadSPM and I figure out that when ejadSPM create a new domain account inside Plesk Control Panel then the new account is configured as a Client account and not as domain account.
There are 4 user levels inside Plesk Control Panel (from highest permission to lowest permission):
1) Administrator 2) Client Account 3) Domain Account 4) Email Account
Why not to create a new shared hosting account as a Domain Account inside Plesk ?
Only Reseller Account need be created as a Client Account inside Plesk.
by the way, A client account as the possibility to use the XML API , so when creating a new shared hosting account then there is no need to use the Plesk Administrator Account for granting XML API usage permission.
Please Advice how to create a new shared hosting account as domain account inside plesk control panel and not as client account ?

I think it makes sense to create first client account and then multiple domain accounts under the client. Developer is looking at the possibilities. Domain Account must be created inside Client Account.
But Plesk architecture is working in that way that Client Account is equal to Reseller Account and Domain Account is equal to shared hosting Account.
I agree that you can't create a domain account without first creating a Client Account inside Plesk Control Panel but if you first creating manually A client account inside Plesk Control Panel then you will have the possibility to create domain accounts.
Also , In such way , you make ejadSPM be eligle to use for reseller users because all shared hosting accounts will be created under their Client Account inside Plesk Control Panel.

Based on customers feedback we have decided to create single Client Account and Multiple Domain Accounts for each client. This change would be available within 4 weeks. Maybe the best way will be to create new Hosting Panel Provider which will be called Plesk Reseller and this one will implement creation of new hosting accounts under specific Plesk Client Account.
