dear all,

i setup HEE standalone product but while installation it ask me to create a new admin with the appropiate groups memebership but after doing that it gives me eror msg and ask me to create OUs manually so to solve this i created the OUs before installation after that he didin't give me the error msg.

now when i reach the post installation tasks for HEE

step 1:verifying Active directory Configuration

the integration status for the exchange 2007 provider is set as testing is that correct or it must be active status ,and when i try the configure link it gives me msg "password mismatch" so i need to know the meaning of the LDAP URL is it for search query or what does it means?

so i continue the other steps to see the effect of that ,i reached the interval when u add new organization and i faced a new error the i have no active server

plz advice me in this issue

Wahab,
For the first 2 problems(installation error and password mismatch) :
- - -
These are some known issues with Standalone HEE. These are fixed and planned to be delivered in the next update coming in a couple of days.
- - -
For the last problem:
- - -
You need to add one or more "Exchange Server groups" in which the "Exchange Servers" are added. While creating package, you specify the server group and attach it to the package.
eJadSPM selects a server from this "Server Group" on the basis of "Provisioning Style" (which you selected during adding the Server Group) and provisions the package on it.
- - -
Status "Testing" is ok for it is intentionally left as this and it does not change to "Active" or anything else. This will be converted to "Stable" in the future releases.

"LDAP Reseller" is the LDAP path of the reseller OU. This OU is the parent container for all the Organizations which are to be provisioned by our system.

Doesnt look like a major issue , You may start a ticket with the support and your issue will be resolved by our support team within a couple of business hours.
The 'user manual' has the interface from an older version so nothing to worry about the 'Add Organization Interface'.You have the correct page.
The documentation is also being updated
