I would like to know if the all control panels are customizable with our own logo.
Also would like to know if the shopping cart is customizable as well before buying this product.

Private Label is absolutely possible but requires you to buy Private label license worth $495 (one-time). The private label license will allow you (the provider) and your resellers to customize logo, company name, brand name, etc. With the next eJadSPM System update you should find these options under System Configuration > Company Profile > Personalization.

Shopping cart is customizable. To customize edit /Template/Store.master file in your favorite editor.
