I have provisioned an account successfully but when i try to provision second , i see the command with error in the service queue.

Provider: eJadSPM Hosted Exchange
»» MPS Setup Verification
»» Passed
»» Create Business Organization Plan
»»Done, Already Exists
Provider: eJadSPM Hosted Exchange
»» Create Plans for Exchange Subscription : 2 ProviderID : 1
»» Already Exists, Skip
»»Create Business Organization
»» Already Exists, Skip
»»Subscribe To Hosted Email

I am using MPS documented in HMC4.And i am sure there is nothing wrong with my MPS setup

This is not a major issue. The newly created organization, when subscribed to Hosted Email Service tries to utilize from the resources which you have added to the Exchange Resource Manager.

On your Provisioning(Prov01) server you can check how much resources are added by running this command in the command prompt.

provtest “C:\Microsoft Hosting\Provisioning\Exchange 2007 Resource Manager\QueryAllExchangeResources.xml” /x2

This will give you the total and available resources in the exchange resource manager.

Check the value of mailstore/businessmailstore/megabytes

The value in freeMegabytes should be greater than the value you are trying to assign to the new organization otherwise the organization will not be subscribed the hosted email service.

If it is not, that means you need to add more resources to Exchange Resource Manager.
(If you are sure you have them physically.i.e: The free disk space on the Drive where your Businessmailstore Database resides)

To do so, open the XML document mentioned in the following command and change values as your requirements and run this in your command prompt.

provtest "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Hosting\Provisioning\Samples\Exchange 2007 Resource Manager\AddExchangeResources.xml" /x2

Run the provisioning command in service queue again.Hope this resolves your issue. Please write back.
