Here's my wish list in priority order: - Kayako eSupport Integration or more advanced helpdesk system. - Built-in Affiliate System (Preferred) or iDevAffiliate integration. - Enom SSL Certificate reseller module - MaxMind anti-fraud - Google Analytics eCommerce enabled module for tracking sales. We have no intentions of integrating Kayako. We are determined to improve the integrated help desk system to match up with Kayako or any other popular help desk system. Please post what you are looking for that is not available in the integrated help desk solution (http://www.machsol.com/products/ejadspm/Features.aspx). Other suggestions have been noted. You may not be using all Kayako features. If you could list the most used/useful features we can help integrating those in the built-in help desk. As for other features, except for OS reload, you have to wait till version 3.0 is released.
