Dear Customers,

We have a scheduled 3-days local holiday coming up from December 8, 2008 - December 10, 2008. We would like to request you to kindly do not plan any deployments, changes or upgrades during this time.

During this period we will continue checking support tickets and pre-sales queries, however the response time during this period may be more than 6-8 hours.
