Ok got your point , i have started HMC4 installation and facing a lot of problems of every type.Is there a step by step documentation as i am a newbie , do i need tech staff for it? plus do you provide any installation or consultancy services. If yes what are the charges ?

HMC4 installation and deployment is a complex task. You need to hire professional certified engineer for accurate deployment. We do not provide free of charge HMC deployment consultation. We may however provide you paid consultation charges of which are US$25/hour.

If you have any issues with HEE/eJadSPM deployment on your HMC infrastructure we will proviede free of cost support and assistance.
