I have configured 2 POP accounts (sales & support). When I send a test email the help desk system doesn't seem to create ticket. What is the issue guys?

Please make sure that the pop accounts you configured exists and the information provided to eJadSPM is correct. Next check that eJadSPM_HelpDesk_Svc is running on your system. If both of these are correct and still no tickets generated then please tell.

Also ensure that challenge-response email is returned else help desk will not create ticket (even though it knows its there). This is to avoid SPAM email cluttering your help desk system.
