We currently use Kayako, which allows us to specify custom details for specific departments. For example our email support department, requires the user to enter a email address that is associated to the query.

Would it be possible to add this feature as it helps ensure the engineers have the correct details to resolve the problem quickly.

Would it also be possible to add the ability to tick which server the customer is having problems with if they are a dedicated server customer? As a number of our customers have multiple servers.

We will provide better management as compared to Kayako. With eJadSPM your customer will see their servers list to select from when opening a ticket. Custom fields will be added.
