When i create a new contact or enable a disabled contact through the Exchange Management Shell it gives me error:
A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'PrimarySMTPAddress'
What to do ?

This error is known to be experienced with Exchange Server 2007 RTM. Upgrade your copy of Exchange server to SP1 and you will no more receive this.
