Not sure which field is being referred to. Maybe you can make the errors a little easier to understand. Was adding a mailbox in Standalone HEE

Error in red:
"Index and length must refer to a location within the string. Parameter name: length"

You are providing the email or display name which is too short for exchange server.
Well the error was thrown by Exchange side not our code, we manipulate the code errors and make them as friendly as required.
The errors thrown by providers are shown exactly as they are, because it would be easy for us as developers and for you as an Admin to find a solution from the provider itself or the forums or any other resources.
Hope you got my point.

Thanks

Ok, Now I understand. I was able to successfully add the user. Its good to know those errors in red are being returned from Exchange.

Thanks!
